However, upon opening the box and inspecting the product, I've discovered a malfunction in the steering mechanism on Friday evening. Instead of returning the merchandise back to Mobileation, I called the distributer over the weekend and left a message on their answering machine. The following Monday, I was able to get in touch on the first phone call to a live person at the distributer. They received my message I left over the weekend and transferred me to their parts department. After explaining the situation to the parts manager, he said they will ship a whole steering mechanism to me at no charge and all he needed was my address. The following day I received the package and replace the whole steering mechanism without any problems. The main constructive comment I like to make to Mobileation is whenever a customer discovers or experience any difficulties with any product that was distributed by Burns Toy and Novelty Company, that all they need to do is to call the distributer.
